Gamechangers London Founder Community Day Retreat

A full day of founder support, fresh perspective, and time outdoors at The Shire.
We recently hosted the Game Changers community at The Shire Retreat, welcoming a brilliant mix of founders from different walks of life for a day designed to do two things well: create real progress on the things that feel stuck, and give everyone the space to properly reset.

The morning was intentionally structured. Over coffee in the farmhouse meeting space, the group worked through each other’s challenges in a practical, supportive format. Each founder brought something real to the table, and the room did what founder rooms do best when they’re curated well: people chipped in quickly, shared what’s worked, asked the right questions, and offered honest perspective without judgement. It was less about theory and more about leaving with clearer next steps, new approaches to try, and the reassurance that you’re not the only one navigating the messy middle.

After lunch, the pace shifted. The afternoon was designed to feel lighter, more spacious, and grounded in the outdoors. The group took a walk around the grounds to stretch legs and clear heads, then settled into a proper reset with a sound bath and time in the sauna, with a dip in the lake for those who wanted it. It’s a simple combination, but it changes the quality of the conversations. People soften, breathe, and connect in a different way when the agenda isn’t just another set of back to back sessions.

To close the day, everyone gathered around the fire pit to set intentions for the year ahead. It was calm, reflective, and quietly energising, the kind of ending that makes you feel like you’ve had a genuine break, not just a day out of the office.

If your team could use time to step back, think clearly, and reconnect properly, we’d love to host you.
